Double Acting Hydraulic Jack

A Double-Acting Hydraulic Jack uses hydraulic pressure to move the piston in both directions – extension and retraction. Unlike single-acting jacks, it does not rely on load or springs for return.

Working Principle

  • Oil pressure on piston (forward port) → piston extends (lifting)
  • Oil pressure on opposite side (return port) → piston retracts
  • Requires a double-acting hydraulic power pack with 4/3 directional control valve
